How do I measure my dog for a Collar?

Using a tape measure and using cm, there are two areas: Neck - measure in cm comfortably around your dog’s neck. Head – measure in cm around the widest part of your dog’s head, this will include the ears.

How do I care for my Rabbit & Sheepskin toys?

The best way to clean your natural hides is to use a damp/wet towel to rub over the fur. This will clean the hair part while not soaking the skin. 

Air dry and then use a Rainbow Fluff Brush to brush back to its new look.

What is a treat Pod?

 A Pod is a ball shaped Treat storing toy that has 3 petal-like sides that Velcro to close it to the shape of a ball. You open the Velcro petals and place a treat inside, then close the petals. The Pod can then be used to throw or place in a position for your dog to go to and dig his nose into the petals, opening them up to retrieve the food. The Pod is a fantastic toy for Agility training, playing ball indoors and retrieve training.

The Puppington Pod is made of a Wetsuit material and you can play with your dog in water with it. 

What are the Moo Milkers?

The Moo Milkers are the Rubber inflation that is used for milking cows. Our Milkers come from the Dairy Farms in the hills of Adelaide in South Australia. When they arrive at Rainbow, we trim and sterilize them, however they always retain that ‘Straight from the milking shed’ smell that all the dogs love. This is why they are very popular. They are also a very tough component of our range and are great to make extended handles for those over eager tuggers.
