The Rainbow Fluff Brush will bring all your Fur toys back to life with a quick brush!
The brush can be used on Rabbit Hide, Sheepskin and FauxFur to bring them back to looking new after you have used them training or given them a clean.
How to look after your Bunny Hides, Sheepskin & Faux Fur.
Bunny Hide
Your bunny hide toys will become wet and soggy after they have been mouthed by your pup or dog, or become wet from grass etc.
· Use a saturated wet towel or cloth to gently rub the hide all over to remove the slobber etc.
· Let your bunny toy dry naturally.
· When dry, use your Rainbow Fluff Brush to fluff the hide back to normal using circular motions.
·Sheepskin
If you have just used once and the sheepskin is not wet with slobber, then just give it a rub with a damp cloth, brush with your Fluff Brush and leave to dry Naturally.
If it is very wet with slobber - Use a soaked cloth to rub the sheepskin. Sheepskin can withstand getting wet, but it is not recommended to saturate them.
Dry naturally and when dry, brush downward along the hair in the direction it falls. This brush will smooth the hair removing bits of grass etc and make your sheepie toy look new.
FauxFur - Depending how messy your FauxFur toy gets, you can wash in a bucket of cold water using a very mild detergent. Towel dry and brush downward along the direction of the fur. This will help get out any knots before it dries. Dry naturally and brush again when dry.
All Furs, real or man made will shed. Don't worry about this. If you keep you toy in good health it will last a long time.
Hints for all toys:
DON’T soak any toys under the tap as this will saturate the hide skins or inside webbing which will take a long time to dry.
Don’t leave them in your bag between sessions when they are soggy.
Don’t leave them unattended with your dog.

Here at Rainbow Tug Toys we use Australia Post to send your dogs their Toys.
Each order has a tracking number that we email to you as soon as we send your products.
We do this within 1 day of receiving our order. We ship every day.
Delivery times can vary within Australia.

Refunds and Returns
Returns and Refunds Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return request, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Change of mind return - shipping fee’s will be at the cost of the purchaser.
Faulty items return shipping fee’s will be at the cost of the purchaser and be refunded to the purchaser once the return is received back to Rainbow Dog Tugs and the necessary product checks have been made.

Please ensure you always ask your Postal company for a tracking number so we may track the product until it arrives at Rainbow Dog Tugs.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
